I love these examples! It’s all about intention, isn’t it? I’m going to sit with these for a while and decide what I want to bring into my home and life.
As always, I've devoured this fascinating article. Question for you -- I love the Buddha statue but, as a non-Buddist, from a feng shui perspective, is it offensive or wrong to place an object like that in your home? Thanks, Dorena.
Like anything in feng shui, it's what it means to you. So if you see the Buddha and it feels peaceful to you, then there's nothing wrong with it being in your space. If you see the Buddha and have a feeling of inauthenticity, then pick something different that does resonate. It's your space. You get to choose. :)
Years ago, I donated a gorgeous Lenox vase with tiny white pearls around the rim. It was the perfect flower vase. And yet, when I saw it there was a tiny reminder of my wedding day to my first husband - which wasn't ideal. It brought me back to a painful time. So for me, that Lenox vase had negative energy. For someone else who doesn't have that association with it, it's simply a beautiful vase.
Love this so much!

It's all about intention...and visual reminders. Can't wait to hear what you decide upon!
